Greetings from Malaysia. I am a retired Planter, practice alternative medicine and family man; and hoped to share secrets I have learned along the way.  These will be simple secrets relating to health and everything revolving around us and contributing to a better you.  There will also be the occasional money-making or money-saving secrets.

I am using WP blog as my new format for this site. I hope to recover some of my earlier files/web pages and repost here or whatever, and I apologise deeply to those who tried to access and was met with a 404 page.

The blog platform is perfect for anyone who have problems with html and those other techie stuff. As a pensioner of agriculture background and one who have never used a computer until nearing pension or knowing IT before; and learning all these stuff by peeking at source codes, by trial and error and etcetera…. this format is a REAL boon and of tremendous help.  Just got me a domain, host it, install WP using the auto-installer in cPanel and walla, I got a web-page; no html worries!

I encourage positive comments, contributing ideas and anything that will make this site a valuable resource to every visitor and regulars.
