Do you want to know how to make money on Craigslist? Well, it is pretty simple. In fact, it is considered as one of the easiest ways to make money online. Craigslist is a classified website which is known as one of the most famous sites in the world. It does not require any experience or money to make it in this venture. In order to make money on Craigslist free of charge, you have to explore the “for sale” category. There you will find a section known as “free stuff.” In this sector, people give their unwanted stuff away for free. All you need to do is pick them up, and sell them again on Craigslist.
Here are a few steps on how to make money on Craigslist.
1. Register first for a Craigslist account for free. This step will only take a few seconds to be completed.
2. Next, search for free items which are in good condition in your local Craigslist. Most of the time owners will place them on their driveway. However, it is always polite to contact the owner if you are going to pick them up.
3. Third step on how to make money on Craigslist is the most difficult of all. You have to improve the condition of the items. For instance, clothes with stains should be washed thoroughly in order to make them look better.
4. Buyers want to see pictures of what they are buying. Thus, you have to take pictures and post them on Craigslist. If possible, take pictures on different angles in order to provide customers with a better view.
5. The fifth step is enlisting your items on Craigslist. Log in to Craigslist and enlist your items on the “for sale” category. You have to make sure that you enlist your items on the right category. For instance, pants and blouse should be enlisted under the “clothing and accessories” category.
In addition, add a good description of the item if it has special specifications that will surely capture the interest of consumers. Keep in mind to always include you phone number and email address for people to contact you easily.
6. Now that you have finished listing your item, you can go search for new items and do the above steps over and over again. Eventually, you will know which items sell faster and easier and which items do not.
If you are looking for the best way to make money from home or make money online I would suggest you search the term How to Make Money on Craigslist an find my website http://www.yourprofitjackpot.com/ on page 1 of Google. Or you can just click the link, I think the other way is more fun though.

Breathing is essential
You need to breathe fresh air all the time. It is essential for your survival. You can well live without food for a few weeks. Many people do this in a willingly act to abstain from food, called fasting. You can also survive without water for some days (which won’t be so good for your health). But without fresh air you will die after a few short minutes, or at least your brain will suffer severe damage. The reason for this is that the body, especially the brain, needs huge amounts of oxygen to function. And furthermore the body has no mechanisms to store oxygen.
So the oxygen in the air is absolutely necessary for your life. Fresh air is life energy. You breathe in to supply your body with fresh energy. And you breathe out to free your body of carbon dioxide.
Luckily we usually don’t need to pay attention to our breathing as it works totally automatically.
Breathing under pressure
If you’re under pressure your natural breathing changes. As part of the “fight or flight” response you breathe faster, not so deep. Or you may have the feeling not to be able to breathe at all. If this happens sometimes there’s no need to worry. It is an all natural reaction of the body.
But it’s all too common in our modern world to have high stress levels over a longer period of time. So your body will experience these changes in breathing quite often. Therefore your body’s supply with fresh air will be slightly lower than necessary. What follows are the typical stress symptoms like muscular tension, headache, problems to fall asleep or depression.
Breathing to relax
Fortunately your breathing is a body function you can control easily. And so it is easier to calm down and relax as you may think. Simply find the time to do the following easy exercise:
Just sit down.Close your eyes.Watch as your breath flows in and out of the body.Pay attention to where you feel the breathing. Can you feel the breath at your nose as the air flows in and out of the nose? Can you feel your breast or belly move up and down as you breathe in and out?Just watch your breath flow in and out and do nothing else for at least 3 minutes. This easy exercise helps you to calm down and relax in a short span of time.
Another easy method to calm down fast is the seven-eleven breathing method.

Let’s face it.
If we’re not creating compelling content, no one is reading it (or listening or watching it as the case may be.)
As business people, that doesn’t mean our content has to be trendy, hip or fast-paced, though in some cases, that may help. The most important thing is that the people we want to target like our content are compelled to act on it.
What is it then, that makes content compelling? And how do we use that knowledge to create compelling content?
Here are seven tips – some of them you may know. But are you using them?
#1 – Know What Your Audience Wants
Here’s where your market research comes in handy. If you haven’t done any, even basic keyword research can help you out here. Your research into your target audience will tell you things like where your audience is, and what they’re looking for, if successful.
#2 – Create Into Your Customer’s Content Vacuum
Once you know where they are and what they want, on some level, creating will appeal to them is as simple as being where they are with the information they most desire.
This doesn’t mean you have to give away all your best solutions. Just solve one problem they have that’s related to your product or service.
#3 – Infuse Your Content With Emotion
It’s no secret that humans are social beings. An integral part of social being is connecting – and not much creates that instant feeling of belonging than knowing that someone else feels what you’re feeling. It’s even better when you share a feeling that they have for the same reason.
#4 – Make it Cross-Platform
More consumers are connecting through mobile than ever before, and that’s worldwide, not just in the United States. Creating something worth sharing is just the first part. Next, you’ve got to make sure that everyone can access it.
#5 – Leverage the Theory of Star Deflection ™
Star Deflection ™ is a completely made up term. It’s shorthand for a technique we developed at my company for deflecting the attention we get in our marketing efforts back out at another chosen entity.
For our purposes here, it’s the act of making your customers, clients, peers, audience, employees or other deserving people the stars of your content instead of the company or publisher. Bloggers are particularly good at this. You’ll see them get an endless stream of attention for their writing and expertise, and then observe them putting the spotlight on a customer they helped, or a peer they believe has a valuable insight.
Why does this work? Attention is scarce these days. Providers of attention are even scarcer. If you can give that to people, the very act can provide more for yourself.
#6 – Be an Information Buoy
Why is attention scarce in the first place?
Because we’re drowning in a sea of information. The firehose shoots data at us in ever-increasing speeds. Just sorting out what pieces of raw data qualifies as useful information can be a full time job.
Thus began the rise of the curator as a popular and valuable person. Go beyond curating and provide insight into a special niche of the news. Be the one that others cling to in order to rise above the level of noise in their incoming news stream.
#7 – Invent News, Don’t Just Report On It
Where does news come from? Journalists? Bloggers? PR companies? Industry experts?
How do they get the news? Press releases? Eyewitnesses? Twitter?
What’s stopping you from creating the news? I don’t mean just repeating whatever just happened at Google, or even providing intelligent opinion and analysis of that news. Those are great tactics.
But if you have the option of actually being the original source of a news story, even if you have a small budget, there’s nothing stopping you from actually turning events, knowledge and discoveries you’ve made into news.
If you want to be seen, to be heard, to have customers come to you instead of always paying to hunt them down, creating the content they want to consume is a key part of your marketing strategy. Not only can it save you money gaining new customers, it can help you keep existing customers when they see that you care enough to address their most pressing concerns.

The bottom line in life is that we all will come across situations which irritate and anger us. The mark of a mature person is HOW we handle those situations. It is imperative that we have skills in our back pockets that are available to us when we need them. These ten simple things you can do to calm yourself down will help you to gain mastery of yourself, your emotions and your health. However, they won’t help unless you practice them every day, until they become your automatic response in any irritating or angry making situation. You will make mistakes, you will forget to practice but as soon as you become aware of this, just start again right from where you are.
Deep Breathing Wherever you are right now, just become aware of your breathing. Gradually change your breathing, until you are breathing in through your nose and out through your nose as you imagine your breath going all the way down below your belly button and emptying out from there. Allow your shoulders to drop and allow the tension to fall away from your body on the out breath.
Distraction If you are at work or in some volatile situation excuse yourself and leave the room.
Practice Gratitude Think of one thing in your life for which you are profoundly grateful, then think of another and another.
Remember “This too shall pass” No matter how bad things feel right now, this feeling you are having will pass. Don’t fight the feeling just allow it to be and allow it to go.
Exercise It doesn’t matter what exercise you do, walking, dancing, yoga, just find one that works for you, something you enjoy doing, and do it regularly. This will release endorphins in your system and help you to calm down.
Clean the oven, a cupboard etc. Use up some of that adrenalin surging through your system by scrubbing a floor, cleaning an oven or clearing out a cupboard. Not only will you calm down but you will also have the satisfaction of a dirty job well done.
Hug a teddy, yourself or someone you love Another method to release those endorphins and physically and emotionally make you feel better.
Music Play some music either that matches how you are feeling or somethiing that always soothes you and calms you down.
Time alone Take some time alone to allow your understanding to expand beyond the feeling of the moment.
Talk to a trustworthy person This could be a friend or a Counselor but it needs to be someone who will truly listen and if they say anything it will be constructive.

There are loads of different ways to lose weight but a lot depends on how disciplined you are about it. It also depends on your thought processes. Instead of thinking of a huge task like losing 50 pounds, think about smaller steps that gradually help you lose weight and it will seem easier to accomplish.
There are the standard rules that include eating plenty of fruit and vegetables, avoiding junk food, not overeating and watching the amount of calories in the foods you choose. But here are some baby steps you can take that will make a significant difference in your weight loss journey.
Knowing how to reduce weight is one thing. Doing the necessary steps is something else. Drink lots of water. Most people don’t drink enough water and suffer as a result. A glass of water before each meal will fill you a little so you won’t eat as much food. It clears toxins from your system and keeps you fully hydrated, even in the hottest weather.
Maintain a food diary. If you force yourself to write down everything you eat and drink, you’ll shock yourself and stop some of the bad habits as a result. Use smaller plates and bowls. They’ll still look full if you put less food on a smaller plate and your brain will think you’re full even if you finish all the food.
Drink ordinary coffee instead of the calorie-packed types you buy from coffee shops. Because they usually contain full cream milk, sugar, syrups and whipped cream, you can consume over 200 calories with one cup. The standard coffees are much healthier, in moderation, and have fewer calories.
Eat your meals at home as much as possible. Prepare your own lunches for work, school and uni as well. If you make your meals, you can control what goes into them and you’re sure to have a healthier meal as a result.
Only eat when you’re actually hungry. Many people think they might be hungry when it’s often boredom or a routine that makes them eat. If you drink some water when you think you’re hungry and the pangs disappear, you weren’t really hungry to begin with.
Eat more in the morning than in the evening. Then you have more time to burn off the calories. People often eat in the evening when there’s less likelihood of getting rid of as many calories. Avoid lat night snacks because you have less chance of getting rid of the calories. Studies show that people can lose weight by simply cutting out this one thing because the foods can add an extra 300 calories per day to your overall eating.
Be extra vigilant about what you eat on the weekend because your routine is likely to be different and all the hard work you have put in during the week can go to waste if you’re not careful.
These are just a few of the ways to lose weight. Knowing how to reduce weight is one thing but actually taking the right steps is entirely different. The choices are yours to make.
