I have looked but could not find the right tools and coding to suit my needs.

I intended to have separate pages to cover different niches and each page have it’s own sub-pages which will appear as the default main page, like the categories and recent posts and the like. I found one by dagondesign but the sub-pages will not appear on the main page and nowhere else mentioned as recent posts.

The postings however can be found and accessed through the Sitemap. The sitemap really helps the visitors both human and spiders…

I changed to a new theme but still it did not arrest the problem.  The problem may not be theme-related then.

Anyone of you know of the code that will arrest my concern and of other readers of same?

I am thinking of reposting content from the Page to the main page to make it easier for visitors.

It is common knowledge of the benefits of fasting on one’s health. Do a search if you need more information.

Today I would like to discuss why you should drink Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) when you fast; from the perspective of science.

What is Virgin Coconut Oil

Virgin coconut oil means that the oil is extracted from well matured coconut through a specialized natural process which will not damage the natural system or nutritional values. No heat or addition of chemicals are involved.

The fact that MCFA is digested directly to generate energy and stimulate metabolism has prompted many athletes to use it to improve energy endurance while training.

Studies were done with mice, placed in a reservoir water with a fixed current; fed with MCFA versus without, in trials over six weeks to test endurance swimming every two days. Swim real time is measured until the mice tires. For the first time, only a little difference were noted. The following days it discover that mice given MCFA start lead over other mice and became better all the time of the test.

These tests demonstrate that MCFA have ability to enhance endurance and training appearance, at least to mice.

Another study (analyze) using human scrutiny subject followed 3 basis scrutiny. This scrutiny involved cycling athletes. The athletes are required to drink either one beverages and the three beverages namely (1) MCFA’s solution, (2) beverages sport or (3) beverages combination sport with MCFA. They are asked to cycle with 70% maximum speed for two hours. The test finds that those who took athletic beverage mixed with MCFA have best-performing in time trials.

Virgin Coconut Oil MCFA can control and keep glycogen.

Researchers believes that MCFA gives extra energy resource to athlete, in the form of glycogen stored in muscles. More glycogen granted when needed means better endurance and very beneficial to endurance athlete. In a follow-up study to test glycogen production theory, participants cycled to 60% maximum strength for 3 hours and drink one of those given on the study before this. Glycogen muscle rate is measured and proven equivalent to all athlete. When concluded it is found MCFA not only issue glycogen fund, but genuinely improve performance.

The results of this and other studies found sport drinks and energy beverages enriched with MCFA to provide quick source of energy. MCFA most often used in beverages of sport and energy are formed in medium chain triglycerides (MCT’s oil). It is labeled as “MCT” on it’s packaging. Nowadays, many athletes and active persons use nutrition method and not cures to enhance performance. Safe MCFA which can be found easily in Virgin Coconut Oil.

It is easy to understand why many athletes are attracted to endurance and bigger energy, but how about with non-athlete?. In fact MCFA can be beneficial to both. If eaten regularly, MCFA can increase the energy and everyday activity.

I do.
